Crystal candy is made with sugar, water, and agar agar to give a crunch on the outside and a jelly texture on the inside. After the candy is made, it must air-dry for up to 7 days to give them a crunch! Crystal candy is gluten-free and vegan! For the best texture, consume within 3 months. Leave them outside of the bag for an extra crunch and air-dry for a few more days. Please keep them in a cool & dry place avoiding direct sunlight or heat. This is a very fragile item requiring gentle packaging. These candies may not hold their original form in rough shipping conditions.
